The luxury Jacaranda Chalet in Zimbabwe's Eastern Highlands is located on a small slope in the Lower Vumba Valley, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the plains of Machipanda, Mozambique. Nature enthusiasts, hikers, birdwatchers, mountain bikers, and others enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. This Chalet sleeps four (4) people and features two (2) separate ensuite bedrooms with king beds and an interconnecting door. The bathrooms have a shower, no tub, and hot water is supplied by a gas geyser specifically for this Chalet. The cabin features a thatched roof and tiled floors. Treat yourself to a massage. The educated staff provides extremely relaxing treatments. A dazzling swimming pool is particularly popular with both youngsters and adults. Explore this rugged region on a mountain bike. Rent a bike at the reception. The Bvumba Mountains are a hiking heaven. Enjoy a guided or unguided walk. Bvumba Mountain is an Important Bird Area (IBA) where you can see over 420 species. The well-known Botanical Garden is a beautiful picturesque area as well as a habitat for uncommon species. A nearby game park offers horseback game watching as well as guided game hikes. In the Bvumba Mountains, around 15 kilometers from the chalet, there is an excellent golf course. A picturesque drive takes you to a coffee farm, where Eastern Highlands coffee is harvested. Several lovely waterfalls are tucked in the Bunga Virgin Forest. A guided tour allows you to visit them. The facility provides a wide variety of healthy meals that are extremely reasonable. It is suitable for all ages and serves both classic and modern cuisine to satisfy various tastes. Full English breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., followed by a selection of light dinners. Dinner is provided up until 9:00pm.
