By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.1.Reservations and Payment:a) Bookings can only be reserved after 50% Deposit has been paid. b) Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.2. Check-In and Check-Out:a) Check-in time runs from 1400hrs. b) Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. c) Check-out time is by [1100hrs]. d) Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to a fee.3. Occupancy:a) The number of guests staying at the BnB must not exceed the number booked for the reservation. b) Additional guests may be subject to an extra person fee. c) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disorderly. d) A maximum of 10 guests are allowed to stay at the BnB4. Safety and Security:a) We take the safety of our guests seriously. b) Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. We are not liable for any loss or theft.5. Disclaimer:We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. However, we cannot be held responsible for any events beyond our control, such as power outages, natural disasters, or disruptions to services beyond our purview – for which we use third party providers (e.g., internet, cable).
